  • Fundamentals of QuickBooks® – Review of proper procedures for check writing, deposits, accounts
    payable, accounts receivable, journal entries and bank reconciliation. Class will help you utilize navigators and instruct you on working with lists and production of financial reports. Registration includes three hours of instruction and materials. Registration fee is $75 per person. Reservations are required.

  • Advanced QuickBooks® – Course content covers managing your payroll and helpful hints for making payroll processing easier. Information also includes paying your payroll liabilities, producing 1099’s, sales tax tracking and an overview of the Inventory Module.
  • Inventory – Better understand how to set up inventory records, generate estimates, quotes and work orders. Learn how to track purchases and receipts of invoices. Generate inventory reports and cost analysis for building assemblies.
  • QuickBooks® Job Costing – Industry specific information will include how to create job estimates, record job costs and how to produce job cost reports. Closing a job, determining estimate variances and reviewing profitability will be covered. We will focus on understanding indirect costs and time tracking for insight into productivity and profitability. Workers’ compensation subcontractor reports for your auditor and understanding the additional steps needed for speculative building will also be addressed.
